I think that Grace and Rich both had the thoughts of “oh..he’s kinda cute” and “she’s good looking…to bad she’s a fucking fake bitch.” I do think they thought this though. Why? Rich was there with Grace in a wet bra/panties how could he not? Also Grace seemed really pleased to see Rich when Franky brought him and Alo into the rehearsal room. I think that Grace was intrigued by him and wanted to get to know him. Then when he act a dick she kept trying. 

Rich I think started to realize that there was more to Grace than he thought when she dressed like Sub. However he was hiding behind his label to keep her at a distance…because she unnerved him. I think that Grace started to have feelings for Rich in this scene. Because she shared something with him that she never shared with anyone before. That there was more to her and she gets tired of people belittling her. Then when Rich told her to stand up for herself and how sincerely honest he was being I think it changed the way she saw him. She wanted him. So when he was like “going to ask the angel of death out” she was so disappointed.

Then when metal was temporarily taken from Rich he found Grace’s ballet flier and decided to go. I think for Rich the moment he started to fall for her was when he was watching Grace dance. Her beauty, honesty, and passion I think moved him in a way he didn’t understand. How could someone be fake yet have all that beauty? He was wrong. Then from there with her crowd surfing and having such an awesome time he knew that he wanted her. Though he was shy and scared to approach her. 

From there they had a short pause in their relationship, because Grace was trying to make people happy again. Then finally they were together. Then I think they were falling in love pretty good between the first kiss and when we see then in Alo’s episode. Then after the intimacy of love that usually intensifies things the relationship got really serious. So much so that Rich was conflicted about their relationship then decided “fuck it nothing else matters. I want her.” So he devised the “fuck your Dad wedding action.” Then they spent the summer together fully fledged in love and making plans for the future.
