He is scared little boy who was bullied by his father and taught at a very young age that the world owed himself due to his name and blood status.
Really though he’s all talk and insecure. I felt sorry for Malfoy even from first year and then even more so in Second year. Then it amplified ten fold by Series 6. Malfoy may not have many traits that I admire in a person. However he is not evil he is simply misguided.
He’s a great character due to that complexity. Most bullies tend to have either the combination of domineering parents and entitlement issues or the combination of domineering parents and self hatred. Either way it raises red flags.
Draco is a meaty character though who is fun to think about. There’s good in him.
