I think that Rich, Chris, Jal, Alex, Emily, Michelle are characters who know their emotions and themselves really well.
Sid, Cassie, Franky, Mini, Naomi, Pandora… are characters that may not be as in touch with their emotions and self. Though I feel like they learned to. It’s always a learning process.
Liv is definitely in the middle. Cook is as well.
